Reports out of Philadelphia indicate that the Philadelphia Flyers will host a press conference in conjunction with the NHL and the New York Rangers in the next few days to officially announce the two teams will compete in the 2012 NHL Winter Classic.
The press conference, as well as the game itself, will be held outdoors at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. Also, the expectation is that the teams will officially unveil the special jerseys they will be wearing for the Winter Classic.
