In a preview of the NHL Winter Classic matchup, the Philadelphia Flyers visit the New York Rangers on November 26 at 2pm. This will be the first visit to the modified Madison Square Garden for the Flyers, as MSG is currently undergoing a 3 phase renovation project.
The Flyers are in first place in the NHL's Eastern Conference with 25 points in 19 games. The Rangers have played two fewer games and are just 2 points behind. There are games to be played before this matchup but there is a chance that this game will be for first place in the conference. Winter Classic 2/47 to Debut This Month
The New York Rangers and Philadelphia Flyers will face off in the 2012 NHL Winter Classic on January 2 at Citizens Bank Park.
